About the role
You will be part of a professional Business Service team. In the Business Service team, we are handling post-trade processes related to securities transactions, performing administrative processes, delivering operational support to our wealth management business stakeholders and continuously developing and improving banking infrastructure. As a Junior Business Services Specialist, you will be responsible for cash management activities and helping our internal stakeholders with resolving everyday issues. The tasks include for example processing of payments and internal reporting regarding payments. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are the essence of our daily work.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
are soon graduating from a University of Applied Sciences or University (majoring in finance, accounting or similar)- have some earlier experience in banking / wealth management business or have an ambition to become a professional in the field
- are accurate and attentive to detail and able to prioritize tasks based on deadlines
- are self-driven, positive, and open-minded, with a service-minded attitude
- are confident to absorb new ideas and methods quickly
- are fluent in spoken and written English and Finnish
