International Business Manager [Israel]


 

DESCRIPTION

The role of the International Business Manager is to ensure that global strategies are applied locally with Countries around the world. This role is also fundamental in supporting two ways communication between the Countries and the Corporate Office. It covers a large scope of activities such as Marketing Plans, Operations, Business Development, Financials. Some strong cultural skills and understanding of international economics are needed to facilitate the communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Country Management

  • Ensure daily communication with Countries
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all level of hierarchy
  • Drive main KPI’s across business such as retail sales, traffic, conversion, upt, atv
  • Support new Partner/Country onboarding when happening

Operations

  • Support shipments and logistic operations
  • Work closely with Planning teams
  • Control inventory levels and recommend corresponding action plan

Business Development

  • Understand physical and digital development in Country
  • Supervise global consistency of developments
  • Understand Due Diligence, Regulatory and Franchisee Contracts

Financials

  • Understand Country and Store P&L
  • Ensure Country targets in terms of sales and investments are aligned and executed
  • Support price positioning in market and insure price increase
  • Control execution versus Commercial Agreements

Customer Experience & Marketing

  • Ensure Countries are applying and adapting global Marketing Plan
  • Work closely with the global team to understand and improve our customer experience (UX)
  • Support Assortment execution in line with Visual Merchandising

EXPERIENCE

  • 7-10 years’ experience in Country Management or Key Account Management
  • Has experience with Asia-Pacific Region
  • Strong negotiation skills and problem solving skills
  • Excellent retail math skills and KPI understanding
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft environment, Priority, Power BI, Retail Drive, Anaplan
  • Demonstrate ability to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally in an organization; able to build strong relationships across varying levels
  • Ability to recognize opportunities and quickly turn them into recommendations
  • Acute sense of Brand and Customer experiences
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to travel roughly 25% of the time
  • Fluency in English required. Fluency in other local languages a plus
  • Education: MBA preferred
