We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Fairways.

You will be undertaking a range of general administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • General administrative/clerical duties.
  • Producing letters, emails and reports as required.
  • Providing reception cover, answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries.
  • Creating and maintaining records to a high and accurate standard.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Competent IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office.
  • GCSE grade C qualifications or equivalent.

37 hours per week with flexibility to cover some evenings, bank holidays and weekends.
