Our client, who’s been named Employer of Choice 2021 & the only company to receive the reputable gold award three consecutive years, is on the hunt for a new vibrant team to help them rev up distribution leading into the busy Summer Season.The job starts in late August / early September and is based in Mount Wellington, you’ll take your forklift operating experience and know-how to the next level putting them into practice in the exciting world of logistics.
Join the team operating a forklift in a warehouse distribution site, you will be on and off the forklift so you’ll need to be physically fit and able to lift products up to 25kg! Ideally you will have your current OSH Certificate and understand the work and skills that operating a forklift entails.

Current OSH Certificate

Late August / early September
Shifts are 8.5 hrs and start at 5AM, 1PM, or 9PM
Ongoing full-time work, with the possibility of permanent work in the future
Pay Rate starts at $25.50/ hr and up to $26.50/ hr for night shifts
A bit more about the role:
Loading and unloading of trucks, moving of pallets throughout the warehouse
Strong understanding of health and safety in a busy environment
Heavy lifting up to 25kg's throughout the shift when required
Communicating with your team members and other teams to get the job done well.
