The Biz Ops & Analytics team is seeking a Jr. GTM Analytics Specialist with a strong focus on marketing and revenue analytics. In this role, you will support GTM partners in a pod-embedded model. Your primary responsibilities will be marketing analytics, customer segmentation, sales funnel optimization, and revenue analysis. The role is expected to guide GTM partners to accomplish business outcomes, support marketing in improving acquisition, provide full funnel analytics and enable Sales & Marketing with monetization and account renewal efforts.

You will be working on:

  • Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams to analyze and optimize marketing efforts, including campaign performance, ROI, and customer segmentation.
  • Support GTM partners and content marketing teams by providing data stories and insights from our platform, strengthening the company's brand as an authority in technical hiring.
  • Analyze and optimize the sales funnel, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Explore large, diverse, and complex datasets to create actionable insights.
  • Own and develop queries, analysis, and visualizations for ad-hoc, recurring, and troubleshooting requests and projects.

We are looking for:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a business intelligence analyst, data analyst, or marketing analyst with a proven record of impacting business, particularly in marketing and revenue analytics.
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, sales funnel optimization, and revenue analysis.
  • Capability to own and deliver projects end-to-end with minimal guidance.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL and MS Excel. Exposure and familiarity with Python or R preferred.
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts and partnering on building new data warehouse tables.
  • Hands-on data visualization experience through Looker or comparable platform strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic statistical concepts with emphasis on statistical hypothesis testing (t-tests, z-tests, etc.). Experience with A/B and multivariate testing is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and skilled in both qualitative and quantitative analysis with a passion for delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Strong marketing and business acumen with the aptitude to apply it critically towards solving problems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills

Job Types: 100%, Permanent

Salary: CHF88,306.00 - CHF96,387.00 per year

  • 10 Hour Shift
  • 8 Hour Shift
  • Monday to Friday
