We're gearing up for our busiest period with summer around the corner and will be employing multiple Fullers360 Ambassadors on a fixed term part-time basis for a period of three to six months. Ideally you'll be able to mid September or early October and work through till approximately the end of March 2024.
These roles are an add on to the permanent full-time team, hence you'll need to be able to and willing to work a minimum of 15 hours per week (shift based with a rotating roster). As it's peak season you will be expected to work over the Christmas and New Year period.

About the role
This is not your average summer job, and you won’t be stuck in an office. This role plays a critical part in providing an outstanding Customer Experience for our guests before they step onboard.
In this varied role you'll be interacting with our customers hence you will need to be confident, outgoing and not afraid of commanding a crowd. This will see you capture sales, promote products, provide information and general assistance to our customers, validate tickets and direct customers to ensure they are in the right place and boarding the correct service.
Pay rate of $24.49 per hour
About you

- Are outgoing, reliable and have a positive attitude
- Hold excellent verbal communication skills
- Hold previous experience in customer service desired, but not essential
- Find it easy to build and sustain relationships with customers
- Promote a positive team atmosphere.
Fullers operates 7 days a week, as such, this position is on a roster basis and will include weekend shifts and public holidays.
