What the role is about

The Customer Care team is looking for Customer Care Representatives for the French market, to support the company during peak season (Nov-Jan). As quality-focused Customer Care Representative you handle and resolve inquiries from our B2C customers, for example about products, delivery and shipment. You do this by email and live chat. Thanks to your positive attitude and problem-solving skills, you ensure all our customers receive a high-level service. You do well under pressure which is essential during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Christmas rush, and you have high attention to detail.

You will be joining the Customer Care Team and work closely together with your international colleagues from Back Office, Sales Support and Logistics. If you are available full-time between first of November and 31st of January, then you might be the service-oriented CLUSE ambassador we are looking for.

Who we are looking for

  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English (fluent level);
  • You are an excellent problem solver with a positive attitude;
  • You like to work independently, but also in a team;
  • You are customer & quality-focused and have a great sense of responsibility;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus;
  • Affinity with and experience in social media;
  • You are able to work in Amsterdam;
