For a project with our client in Zurich (home office possible within Switzerland), we are looking for an experienced
Agile Product Manager - Digital Payment 60% (w/m/d)In this exciting role, you will help design the front- and back-end process of an app-based self-service solution for limit management.
Your Qualifications:
- Several years of experience as a product manager with a relevant education
- Experience in agile working with Scrum, Kanban and SAFe®
- Experienced in agile development of digital payment solutions (incl. tools such as SAFe, Confluence, Jira or Figma)
- Passion for digital payments, online self-services, online and mobile services, and know-how in the area of self-service via app is a great advantage
- Market knowledge (customer behavior, methodology, product and technology trends) in the area of revolving/lending, risk or scoring
- Sound knowledge of business analysis and UX is desired
- Strong problem-solving ability, very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Systematic, structured and organized way of working
- Fluent in English, German is a big advantage
Your Responsibilities:
- Working within the Service Delivery value stream with Product Owners, Process Engineers, Business Analysts and Architects, among others, as well as with business stakeholders and external partners
- Elicit customer needs, create a solution vision and implementation plan with stakeholders (cross-departmental) and ensure continuous cross-departmental coordination
- Direct contact and exchange with relevant external stakeholders
- Responsible for the end-to-end planning and implementation of the initiative (Epic) limit management in the area of digital payment / online & mobile services and its value generation with customers, partners and in the own company
- Structuring the Epic into features, supporting the elicitation of business and UX requirements, documenting the features, managing the budget and ensuring the end-to-end implementation in a high quality.
- Prepare and participate in PI planning and PI system demos.
